EDITORIAL GUIDANCE | | |
Authors are assigned an editor for their project on acceptance, and this will ensure they get the expert assistance needed throughout the publishing process.
Book Cover: All books have a specially designed, four-colour cover, created with the author's input, by our professional book designers. We welcome author's original ideas and they can even submit their own pictures or graphics if they so wish.
Author's Copies: Derwen Publishing encourages authors to sell books through talks, workshops etc, so that effectively authors can act as their own 'bookshop'. This increases the profit margin for the author as no discount is given to the purchaser. Where it is inconvenient or impractical for authors to take stock to such venues arrangements can be made with Gazelle/IPG for copies to be sent direct to buyers.
