THE COMPANY

Derwen Publishing is a new and innovative publishing company that thinks 'out of the box'. Our approach is PR and marketing driven and furthermore we are in the forefront of promoting environmental awareness in publishing. We actively promote green publishing methods and our publishing focus is on health, self-help, spirituality and the corporate/business world. We publish both fiction and non-fiction.

Derwen, Welsh for 'oak', is a particularly appropriate name for the eco-publishing venture we have set up, because we are aiming for a totally zero carbon publishing and printing operation within four years.

Based in West Wales, in the beautiful medieval town of Pembroke, Derwen Publishing offers not just the possibility of green printing and production, but also a thoroughly professional publishing service from manuscript through to finished book and beyond into the marketplace through effective distribution, marketing and PR.

Whilst we are currently sourcing sustainably produced papers and green printing operations worldwide, our long-term plan is to house Derwen Publishing in combined eco-living and business quarters.
